I really enjoy that the workouts are always different, the music is always great, and the trainers are knowledgeable, high energy, and smile!
I've recently been trying different studios, classes, and types of workouts in the area, and there are some studios where you feel like if you're not decked in Lulu, in your 20s, and smile, you just don't fit in... Or at least I did! I'm in my 40s, like to dress comfy/cute and I smile and interact a lot. When instructors are super serious and stoic (and everyone in class is in full hair and makeup), it doesn't even get me pumped to work hard... It makes me feel awkward. It's just a workout! Let's have fun!
