I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, bursitis and tmj issues. I drove from Midland TX to Ruidoso NM and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Brigit. I can not stress enough how wonderful she is, I will be coming back multiple times throughout the year to see her. She is amazing, I feel amazing!! She was worth every penny and more!!
Birgit’s studio is cozy and comforting. Her gentle-but-firm massage therapy work immediately uncovers areas that need more attention; and one leaves feeling relieved of any tension or tightness. I use Birgit’s therapy as a compliment to my active sports regimen, which includes swimming and dry-land gym work. I am very satisfied with her work, and her professional demeanor. Birgit is amazing! I saw her while I was in Ruidoso for a very relaxing deep tissue massage and she also greatly helped my tendonitis in my arm. I will be going back regularly. Very knowledgeable and professional and accommodating.
