Passed through here on my way home, and decided to get a haircut here. The staff is super friendly, and they truly did a great job!!! If you're in need for great service and a good cut, come here! You won't be disappointed!

I do not live in ruidoso but this salon sure makes me wish I did! I was in town on vacation and I decided last minute to get a cut, they were all so friendly and more than happy to take me in. It was a clean, professional and comfortable environment. If you need a sign to go, this is it.

Gave a three because they don't have enough stylist and don't seem concerned when people are lining up and having to wait over an hour because they only have one on duty. Unacceptable for inside a Walmart and knowing it is tourist time. The poor stylist had to close down just to go to lunch. The stylist I had was nice and thorough but very slow and gets distracted when you talk to her. It was holding up the wait and loss of business. SmartStyle you need to do some heavy recruiting ASAP. At least 2 at all times on the clock furring business hours.
