2 weeks ago, I scheduled an oil change. When I scheduled the appointment, I specifically chose a morning appointment and confirmed with the scheduler if I made the appointment for the morning that I could wait as it would only take an hour. I left my car at the scheduled appointment, used your shuttle to drop me off at my destination instead rather than sit and wait. I received a text from the service and about 12:30pm I called and left a message & I also text regarding if my car was ready. Would have been great but a couple of days after I got my oil changed there, my car wouldn't start. After a few minutes of troubleshooting I figured out that they didn't tighten the battery terminal enough so when I attempted to start the car the vibration would knock it loose just enough to lose connection and not start.

Ricardo and the finance person went over and beyond to go in on their day off to complete the purchase of our vehicle. They r very professional, personable and made the process extremely easy and fast.
