I tried to schedule three appointments over the last six weeks using her online booking system, and for all of them, she either did not acknowledge them or cancelled the hour of the appointment. I always tried to call and text to confirm in the days leading up, but she never replied.Her website's online booking system allows you to make an appointment (and it sets that time aside so no one else can book it), but she has to "accept" it. 2 stars are not for her skills, but for her poor communication and customer service.It's a shame because she is a good therapist. However, she can drop a customer, cancel, and never return the conversation. She canceled my 2nd appointment an hour before its time, asking for rescheduling due to her family circumstances. I said sure and gave her possible times of any day, but she never responded again. Considering that I planned my work schedule around that time already, it was very disappointing. I tried to follow up and gave her the rest of the week to respond, but she never did.So perhaps some of those feedbacks are indeed from her family and friends to support... read full review

She is amazing!! She is very knowledgeable and so friendly. My first visit she made me feel completely at ease. I had some serious knots and in 2 sessions she has worked them out. I will and do recommend her to everyone.
