This place is exactly what others put in their review. The wait time is long even if you call ahead and they say they’re available, it took a half hour to even start and still they were trying to manage other clients while getting started with mine. My major issue with this Salon is that I had a gel pedicure and manicure that cost $135 that didn’t include tip. This included me declining the extra deluxe pedicures they offer yet it seems they charge the same as the deluxe or even more. You could tell my technician was not pleased and seemed to do a poor job when I chose not to get a deluxe. I took my 19 year old daughter for her birthday, they did a good job on me but the young woman whine did my daughters pedi cut her toe so bad it was still bleeding when we left and the polish didn't stay due to the bleeding , they where busy and the lady was rushing I'm sure that's why this happened and I'm not one to complain , but wanted to make aware of this situation, please be more careful and slow down hope she don't get an infection

The quality of the nails was very below average. Many cuts on my fingers and lumpy spots on my nails. They also had employees that weren't really doing anything, and they took over an hour to notice my friend was waiting the whole time. Definitely overpriced, sad to see this business is going downhill.
