Augustin (sorry if I'm butchering your name) was by far one of the best lab techs I've ever had the privilege of meeting. At one of the lowest moments of my life this year, he was kind and compassionate. Truly one of the best experiences I've had at a facility dealing with my current issues. I'm beyond impressed. Dr. Samara LISTENED. my biggest complaint throughout this ordeal (three normal pcp visits, five ER visits, two specialist visits.. All no answers) was that I never felt heard by providers. She spent time to ensure she listened and HEARD me. She is, and was, so beyond thorough. I can't believe this level of care and love exists in Roswell. She's the only one who has offered a solution and has not thrown her hands up and given up on me.
I have multiple health issues and Kymera has been able to help me tackle the problems that arise and help me live with a far better quality of life than I would have otherwise. Their commitment to problem solving and excellence in care for their patients is outstanding and I highly recommend them.
