I just lost my mom and I was under their care at the same time as my mom. I called late at night asking for help in managing my pain.. So the cut me loose because of some false accusations. I have cancer. Where's the empathy. This company has lost it's soul. The called caregivers not careless givers. Bed side manner needs work.
First visit was great, Anita took excellent care of me and I would give her 5 stars every day. She was kind, caring and had a genuine interest in helping me. Interim on the other hand is a different story. They called and cancelled my next appointment stating my insurance had not approved the visit and that they hoped to have approval the beginning of the following week and would call me. After waiting over 2 weeks with no contact I called the insurance company only to find out nothing had been submitted by Interim. I have also not received any follow up calls from them.
