Had an excellent experience at Eyemart in Roswell. My son broke his glasses while at the Border Patrol Academy one day from graduating. It was very stressful driving from Texas and not having time to go back or any way to have his extra pair shipped. After calling countless stores, Anthony was my son's guardian angel. Anthony was quick to assist, patient, and very compassionate to our needs. Not only was Anthony quick to assist but he had my son's glasses ready within 30min. Outstanding customer service, God Bless Anthony. The young lady that did my paperwork and took payment was also very polite and courteous. Thank you Eyemart Express, Great Job!

This was a good experience because our technician offered us a coupon for 30% off and we were able to get a second pair for back up. She spent her time with us and worked really well with us. You can also go in there anytime you need adjustments and they’re very friendly and helpful. Thank you Eyemart team.
