We had Charles Purcell inspect the home we bought in 2018. It was our first house, and we were ignorant about a lot of things. We trusted Charles with our lives, and he let us down. We found out today the electric panel in our home is a huge fire safety risk, and Mr. Purcell failed to write it up. Now we are stuck with a panel that may or may not prevent a fire in our home & stuck with the $3000 replacement bill. I am mad and I am terrified to sleep in my own home.
