I ordered an arrangement last June for my mother's 75th birthday celebration and was completely blown away with the beautiful arrangement they delivered. It exceeded my expectations, and as I said I was blown away.I wanted to place an order this year for her birthday as well and instead of being blown away I was completely blown off. I spoke to a gentleman at 9 in the morning and informed him of the situation and even mentioned how impressed I was last year. He accepted the praise and sent a text message with his info for the payment app he uses. I called Aliens after a quick google search and could not be happier with the service, the arrangement, and the overall experience. Jesse was beyond helpful and the arrangement was exactly what I wanted! Delivery was timely and the flowers were gorgeous!Before reviewing I noticed that others may not have had the same experience… to that I’d like to point out that often times flowers are being ordered during an emotional time. Though mistakes happen, it’s ultimately the thought that makes the gesture meaningful. Supporting small, local businesses is a privilege!Give Aliens a chance to brighten a loved ones day, today!

I am hands-down blown away by the OUTSTANDING artistic craftsmanship and excellent customer service from Alien’s Roswell Flowers!!!!! I placed an order last minute and they were able to fulfill my order while exceeding my expectations and have it delivered promptly for a very special birthday girl!!!! I would give them 10 stars for this rating if I could! I will absolutely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them!!!! I have used other florists in the area for several years now and I am so grateful to have found Alien’s Roswell Flowers! I will be a forever customer of theirs!!!
