X-tactics has helped me so much! I love what they offer. Their offerings range from nutrition, self defense and most importantly dance yoga. Dance yoga has really helped me thrive not only physically but mentally.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I have Exevious (the owner) as my trainer, and he is amazing! He not only pushes you but also encourages you when you need it. He has been a great supporter and encourager thru my fitness journey. The atmosphere and other members are also great and very encouraging to the point that you feel like a small family. This place is so great that I drive a good distance multiple days a week just to come here. This place and especially Exevious are worth it! Highly recommend!!
