I took my son in for an appointment and was greeted and helped by the most wonderful staff. From the front desk to the Eye Dr had incredible sense of humors and gave no limit to assisting my son the best way possible. I do have to give an extra shout out to Shidara who went above and beyond answering all questions and doing the most when it came to Insurance approval. I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you so much for making our experience amazing!
I went in today (1-5-26) to pick up 2 pairs of new glasses. ShiDara helped me as soon as I walked in. She was attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. I was real happy with the glasses, and the attention that was given to making sure the glasses fit comfortably. I didn’t feel rushed. The 5 star rating was most definitely given because of ShiDara’s professionalism.
Best experience I have ever had in a vision center! Dr Olguin identified the problem I have been having with glasses that haven't worked! FINALLY someone took the time to look and listen!! ShiDara is a gem! So helpful, above and beyond! They definitely have my business for life!!
