Went in for a trim, cut, layers, face frame & bangs. Staff was friendly upon arrival, didn't wait to long to be attended to. Then it turned for the worse when i was done in less than 15mins. The red haired girl who cut my hair, gave me a trim with 2 layers & no bangs. Not to mention told me this is the only way she knew to give layers & a face frame wasnt done. I walked out & Miranda came to apologize & offered to fix what had been done. Im glad i allowed her to bcuz the experience with her was far better. She took her time to make sure i got what i wanted. My husband and I have used Supercuts @ Unser/Southern for about 6 years. We've tried a few other places but always land back here. These stylists are the only ones who ever cut his hair to his standards. He's not as keen on how they trim his beard but he's not found any place he likes to do that. As for me, I just tell them what kind of cut I want and they do it, and do it well with joy and kindness. The last stylist I went to even massaged my head during the shampoo -- something I thought most medium level salons stopped a long time ago.
