There is a special wonderful person in Rio Rancho NM. And his name is George Abernathy DVM. He was there when we needed him and love him dearly. How dare somebody called his clinic ‘dump’.? Narrow minded people are followers. Dr. Abernathy treated our digs and our daughter’s two cats with such care. He is and always will be the BEST. We live in CA now, but would give anything to be back in our favorite Land of Enchantment and most certainly would take our dog to Dr. George Abernathy.We love you George.❤️??❤️???Dr. Charles and Janice Haines

Dr Abernathy and his team are the best. We’ve been going to him for over 20 years. The last month was particularly challenging for us, our dog had a cyst get infected. His team was able to get her in and checked out. He had to do emergency surgery on her and called us at 9:30pm to tell us that everything went well. Talking to him the next day when we picked up our dog, he had stayed until 11:30 finishing everything up and was back at 7:30 the next morning.Then this week our same dog came down with bloat. Bloat turns the dog’s stomach and can kill a dog in 30 mins. This happened at 7:00 pm so we found a 24 hour vet. Several emergency vets were full but we found one...read full review
