These guys know what they're doing! The Tech. Who worked in my spa was named Daniel. Very polite and respectful, also one can easily see how he takes pride in his job and his workmanship. Very efficient, I highly recommend if you need any hot tub needs.

Honest, professional, knowledgable, kind and unassuming. Glen worked on my above ground hot tub in 2010 and 2014, but hasn't needed to come back since. I was turned down by another business, that offered to "haul away" my "unrepairable" tub for free; Glen was willing to take the time-- wait for parts to ship, check repairs and face the challenge needed to work through the problems. He has old fashioned values and ethics, totally refreshing in this throw-away world. I recently called Glen because I am making aesthetic repairs on my spa and realized that I needed new insulation as well. Once again, he responded with intelligence and kindness and quoted me a reasonable price. I'm always surprised and relieved when I find this quality of service.
