I called Phares Electric to have a 220V outdoor outlet installed on the house I’m renting (with the owner’s permission) for plugging in an EV charger. They had an electrician at my house within a few hours and installed the breaker in the panel, wiring to the outlet location, and the outdoor box & outlet for a grand total of $375 + tax, INCLUDING materials! I was floored; I expected the price to be 3X that!

I called Phares for some electrical repairs. Mike was prompt and professional. He does quality work at reasonable prices. I wish I knew of him years ago! I received an estimate for the same job from a large local repair service in Rio Rancho for 10 times what it cost with Phares! I highly recommend his work.
