Sheila is amazing. The office is quiet and low key which is exactly what I want in a new massage therapist's office. My massage was just what I needed. Her ability to make a new person comfortable comes with ease. We hit it off from the start. She could easily find my trouble spots and worked them gently. She spent time on my specific requested areas, but also made the time to work my whole body. I feel fantastic. I will be back!!!
