“This review is only applicable to the Rio Rancho location, specifically Dr. Krista Warnakula and her team. Now I admit, it was a struggle when obtaining our initial appointment as they were booking several months out. It is frustrating and upsetting to have to wait for care however it is not atypical in the state of NM; this is how ALL medical specialists are booking appointments. As much as it felt long to wait, we were extremely pleased that we did! The entire team in RR are kind, professional and attentive. The office is clean, warm and inviting from the time you walk in; the receptionist is greets you with a smile upon entering and is personable and sympathetic to our needs. The team is responsive, prompt and most of all, Dr is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to listen to our concerns and explained a treatment plan clearly. Her team promptly called in prescriptions and now that my husband is an established patient, in her care, there is little to no wait time to be seen. We typically visit in the mornings and have always been promptly seen with little to no wait... perhaps that has to do with the time of day we visit but very happy with every aspect of this location! Epiphany Dermatology came highly recommend by our hematology/oncology team and we couldn't agree more!“

“I had the best facial with Ashlee! She was so caring and gentle throughout the facial. I have never had one before and didn’t know what to expect. It was extremely relaxing and I loved the environment. The office is clean and is beautifully decorated. I did the custom facial and let Ashlee decide what she thought my skin needed. I’ve struggled with rosacea since having my first baby 4 years ago. I stood up from the facial and looked in the mirror. My skin was so firm, not irritated, and I looked years younger! The rosacea was lighter and almost non existent. I followed Ashlee’s directions and didn’t apply makeup the rest of that day. My skin hasn’t felt like this in years. I will be a client forever - my first of many facials!“
