“We had an unusual issue in which our BMW car locked the door open. We could not close the door, and it would not function with phob or manual key, it was simply locked open and door was ajar. This was horrifying, because the car is manual. We would have had to have the car towed to the dealership and are leaving town on Friday, so no time for repair!
