We have been using Joe for almost 4 years. In both Rio Rancho and Santa Fe we have had great experiences. Joe is polite, timely, always does what he says he will and his team is respectful informative and kind. The pest control works great and I feel better knowing it’s organic since we have pets and a baby. They are on top of calling to schedule quarterly for the service we use which is perfect. Super easy to get an appointment, came out about 3 or 4 days after I called right before a weekend. Confirmed appointment. Young Man who did our Service was just as friendly as the person on the phone. Have all our bugs gone for good, no but they assurred us that if we need them back it's a 30 day guarantee and it made a big difference. We will use them again for sure and appreciate their Service.
Fantastic, friendly service. We called after another company wanted to force us into quarterly sprayings, and yet another had cancelled our appointment the day before after a 6 week out booking. He came the next day, was personable, and did a great job. Top notch!
