Inconvenience when you are unable to pay with cash, especially when everything is payable with a $50 or $100 bill these days. A business only accepting twenties or lower is handicapping their business success. The business already knows most of a customers information from checking in from the app or checking in with your phone number. If any crime is committed, they have all the information needed. A loyal customer or an app-in customer should have a smooth transition of services and should make all avenues of payment an easy transfer.
I'm almost certain the person who did my son's hair was drunk or high. She cut my son's hair slanted on one side and straight on the other side. I don't know her name but there were several other alarming instances that happened at that appointment that make me concerned someone could get injured if she goes to work like this all the time. Sharp items near people's faces/heads is a dangerous combination when they can't even remember if they cut part of someone's hair or not. I wish I got her name but please send people home who seem to be inebriated. Giving 3 stars because we've had a good experience a couple times in the past.
I have never been to a great clips but thought I would try due to my barber retiring. I then met this phenomenal person named Cassandra. She was very attentive and listened to what I was looking for. What a great set of skills that typically lack in this world. Thank you for becoming my go to person for the last 6 months. I would give more stars if I could.
