Alida gave me the best haircut I have gotten from great clips! She gave me tips for hair care, great conversation, but most importantly gave me her time. She fixed my dead hair while keeping my length, gave me great layers, and fixed the bangs I cut myself. Lol. Highly recommend Alida.

ANOTHER ADD ON COMMENT:I waited a full month to hear anything from said owner/manager and NOT one word by text, email, mail or phone call, so much for customer service, they got my money and that is ALL they are concerned with!!!ADD ON COMMENT: I sent email to Customer Service, who replied very quickly that they would send my complaint on to the owner, which is the person who stated to contact Customer Service. It is just a vicious circle that they put you through.I did the sign in online and it stated it would be a 30 minute wait, after 30 minutes I went to the store, they checked me in and I waited another 20 minutes after that. I like Great Clips b/c of the discounted hair cut coupons they issue. In today's economy we, need all the help we can get from businesses. Their people are usually good at hair cuts but you want to be very specific on what you want done. I have had cuts which went too far but if you are very specific on how you want you hair cut, it usually comes out good. You can also sign online as well as walk in.
