From beginning to end, a wonderful experience. The lady from his office who called me to set up the appointment time was incredibly polite and helpful with accommodating our family's busy schedule. When Dean arrived, he was equally friendly. Fixed the hole in my wall from our doorknob very quickly. When he was done and the paint was dry, you can't even tell it was ever there. Wonderful experience. Would rate higher than 5 if I had the option! ?
