I was able to get a new-patient appointment within days of needing one -- something unheard of in my experience. The staff was efficient and friendly. I was seen at my designated appointment time -- no long wait. I have severe anxiety when it comes to medical matters, and Krista, the P.A., took her time to answer my questions and make me feel at ease. She respected my treatment preferences and discussed all possible options. Highly recommend this practice.
the doctors and assistants are great with this company at both locations. dr. luna left which was sad but dr. choy is just as good. they see a lot of patients and move fast so expect to book far ahead and have questions ready.
The PA who treated me was competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I was only in the waiting room for 5 minutes before being escorted to the exam room. My overall experience was excellent.
