They refused to take my Affordable Care Act Molina insurance. When I talked to them at DSCCNM They said, NO PROBLEM! All you'll have to cover is any copays you might have. We've got you! And Damn straight they did! Bless these people! Dr David Davis did my procedure, he was so wonderful, kind, caring, held my hand when I cried, with gratitude. “So I booked with Distinctly Derm and Dr. Shelly before reading the reviews. I read them after and was a little concerned going as I was going for myself and my fiancé's 15 year old son. We did wait a little,
but not long at all. When I went back the MA was great and when she brought in Dr. Shelly she was very pleasant and kind. We chatted about my concern and she proceeded to remove a hemangioma blood blister looking thing on the side of my head. I didn't even come in for that but she said she could remove it and we got it done very quickly and painlessly! Her bedside manner, explanations, and attitude were great. You can tell shes extremely competent and knowledgeable. She treated my fiancé's son next and was able to remove his mole. The whole experience was pleasant and amazing. Please don't believe the bad reviews. I think they are either disgruntled ex employees or people who just have unreasonable expectations or have entitled attitudes that don't realize they're going to have to wait a little bit when they go to a doctor. I highly recommend her, and considering the lack of providers in NM and her expertise, she's great! ?“
