Dr Ivers is very very competent. even if something isnt quite right when you get home, they will have you come back and correct the issue, but that is a rarity. Their goal is 100% customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!!!“

“Last year I switched to Rio Rancho Modern Dentistry and it’s been a great experience so far. Dr. Hand and staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in, throughout your visit, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and happy.

Main reason why I’m leaving this review is because on Wednesday I broke a molar, it was 5:30 in the afternoon and I wasn’t sure if the office would be open but I called anyway. Thankfully there was a very polite answer (I wish I remembered her name), she was so friendly and helpful. I’m sure they were closing for the day but she didn’t rush or push me off. She scheduled me for the next morning with Dr. Hand.

Thursday morning, I was in and taken care of right away with politeness and friendly service (see the theme). A friendly gentleman took my ex rays and Dr. Hand and her team got started on preparing me for a new crown. That’s the other great part about this office, Crowns are SAME DAY! Huge plus considering my horrible experience with previous Dentist and a Crown. (Won’t mention their names but their name sounds like Sun and Dance).

I was in and out with my permanent Crown in a few hours. Dr. Hand also took the time to fix/make adjustments to my old Crown and she solved the issue with pain! Without my asking she heard my concern and fixed it.

It’s Friday (next day) and I am completely pain free! Taken in as an emergency appointment for a broken molar, got a new Crown and fixed an existing Crown all in just a few hours.
