I live out of state and own a rental in Rio Rancho. Kevin has completed several jobs for me and has always been respectful, helpful, and fair. Most recently he installed a new water heater. It was an emergency situation and he was kind enough to fit this service in as soon as possible. I trust Kevin and appreciate his service and loyalty.

When we initially contacted Kevin, he seemed friendly and responsive. However, after the first project , we asked him, to do two other projects, he became increasingly evasive, unresponsive, had to text him over and over, and eventually he would respond. Took him three months to complete a project in our bathroom that should have been done in a few days. He ordered the wrong size cabinet fronts, so we wound up ordering them ourselves and my husband completed the project. He always had an excuse about why he didn't show, etc. Extremely frustrating. Really happy with the results. I got a little too carried with my own DIY where I needed a professional to come mount my doors. He was really honest about the timing and also his prices. Came with his son I believe and within two hours fixed my doors and also helped with the front door as an extra. Really wish I had called them earlier. Happy with his work ethic, service and professionalism!
