We set up an appointment to tune up our furnace before the cold started and they didn't show up. We called them and they came by that same afternoon. They were apologetic and made up for it by giving us a great discount. The technicians were friendly, helpful, and inspired confidence in their work. We'll continue to use American for our heating and cooling needs.

I came home from vacation to find that my air conditioner stopped working the hottest day of the week I called a couple of places in the Rio Rancho area and neither of them could come until the following week. Then I found American Air Conditioning. They came within 2 hours and it took them 30 minutes to fix my unit. the best part is they are a local family business.They were friendly, knowledgeable and I will definitely use them again in the future for any other issues that may arise.
