If you have septic and need your tank serviced, my family can vouch that Jim is your go-to! We reached out to Jim on a 03/24 which was a Sunday to have our septic tank emptied. We were referred to his services by a neighbor! My goal was simply to get on the schedule and make an appointment expecting to be scheduled out a couple weeks or more. But to my surprise, Jim said he could be out to our location within an hour, and he was! His customer service was phenomenal and he was extremely knowledgeable and was thorough in teaching us how frequent we needed to empty, among other things. This is our first home and our first time having septic. He told us our tank size and maintenance recommendation. Overall, it was a great experience and we got one huge task off of our checklist. We will be getting serviced again in a year and I’m confident it will be a great experience again.
