Benny is the absolute best!! I didn’t know he was appointments only and he accepted me as a walk-in. He didn’t rush, and he stayed open well past closing to make sure I was taken care of. He was friendly and professional and kind and caring. & before I forget to mention it, his work is great!! His massage with the pedicure almost put me to sleep! I 100% recommend! Have used Fine cattle company for almost 6 years. Hand down best in the country fast efficient service. Take the best care of your cattle. Amazing customer service, only service I will use for my hauling needs.
I called them with a failed AC unit and they came out within the hour. It was a 20 year old unit and I knew the compressor was shot. The owner Robert confirmed that was the problem. I started asking questions and got intelligent honest answers. He said he would call me in an hour with all of the options I had requested. After that we decided on a new unit inside and out. This was on a Monday on Wednesday of the same week they were here at 7:00 AM to go to work. Very professional and worked careful to keep the house in not to much of a mess, drop cloths from the doors to the inside unit. I was impressed at the quality of work they did. And they stayed until we had AC up and running at 7:30 PM. They cleaned up very good and are very happy with there install. They have a new customer for many years to come. Isaac and his crew were professional and fixed multiple parts of my roof for a very reasonable price. I had another contractor mess up quite a few things and he redid all of it and he honored his warranty on parts that didn't adhere because it was too cold. They were prompt about responding to my call and replaced those roofing tiles immediately.
