On the Level did a top notch job on a major structural issue we had with our house about as well as it could be done. David was patient for a couple years during the covid crisis as we went on and off the market and awaited a prospective buyer for this big job/investment. Great communication. Clear. No nonsense throughout the process. When we got our buyer and green lighted the project, he completed the everything quickly, correctly, with pride in his work, ahead of schedule and on quote. This satisfied our buyer on an issue that could have scared them off and we closed our sale on time.
