Everyone was polite and professional. The first 2 techs had to leave suddenly to take care of another issue somewhere else and that made us feel unimportant to them. The next 2 came a few hours later and finished our repairs. Our ac is working great now so we are happy yet somewhat disturbed by the first techs leaving half way thru for a different job somewhere and left us without ac for a longer time than necessary.
