Incredible place! The staff are really helpful and friendly. There’s a water station here too and a self service car wash as well. All in one place. Fantastic!

The grounds are kept well maintained and all the machines are in working order. I’ve only dealt with Sonny, the maintenance guy who also works the laundry room, but I can say that he takes a lot of pride in his work and goes out of his way to be accommodating. Clothes are always done ahead of scheduled pick up time & folded perfectly.
Great place and friendly staff, got me through a few years I went without a washer and dryer. Everything is clean, well maintained, and any issues are resolved promptly if anything goes wrong; staff is reasonable. Bathroom is clean, car wash works great, and if you're in the Estancia valley, you'll definitely need it for the mud/caliche. I would highly recommend this place, the prices are reasonable too.
