They were able to assist a customer stuck in a snow bank on Sandia Crest when other providers refused, and helped another customer who had been waiting on the side of the highway for over 7 hours. A different customer was pleased with their quick response and friendliness after waiting 3 hours for their insurance to provide a tow truck. While their services may be on the pricier side, customers appreciate their availability and assistance in times of need.

Needed help getting the truck out of a snow bank on the top of Sandia Crest. Incredibly friendly and got us taken care of when 3 other providers wouldn’t do it. Pricey, but for being on top of a mountain on a Sunday, I will not complain! Hopefully would not need to use again, but would if needed.

We've been using Triple A for over 30 years. Normally they are usually very helpful however last night we spent over 7 hours on the side of the highway from 11 pm to 7 am waiting for the companies that AAA said we're coming to help us. Called Henson Wrecker services very early and they came right out to help us. Thankful for their care, kindness and consideration.

I called them after waiting for 3hrs for my insurance to get a tow truck driver, they answered and came right away and was extremely friendly and helpful. I am very happy with this tow truck company
