These people were awesome , the world needs more folks like this . Was traveling from vegas back to texas hit piece of steel in road ruined wheel and tire . They found a good used tire mounted on my spare and sent me on the way in no time . Forever grateful for people like this . If there were 10 stars thats what i would rate them!

Gems worked us in to fix a cooling issue as we were traveling to Arizona on the 14th of Aug on I 40. They had us going in 2 hours. Thank you so much for helping us that day true professionals. I am a retired Automotive tech of 30+ years. Kevin

Everyone there was so sweet. They were able to see my vehicle immediately and were so helpful! I'm traveling from San Diego, CA to Norman, OK. I got to Moriarty when my maintenance light turned on. They did a quick diagnostic and concluded that my car (being on the newer side) may just be wigging out a bit. I'm only 10 miles over the recommended oil change mileage and my maintenance light doesn't usually turn on so soon. (I use synthetic, so that helps.) They assured me that my car should last me until I get home and helped me get back on the road, feeling more confident that my car will be okay (which is so helpful because I'm traveling with 2 cats,... read full review
