Most of the dryers don’t work. The employees are hit and miss, some are really good while others ask for tips and get upset if you don’t tip. I usually don’t get called when my laundry is ready to pick up so I’m stuck guessing when it will be ready.

Maybe if they repaired the broken dryers (80% didn't work) they could charge for usage. Dryers are free for customers who wash their clothes onsite, but I had to wait quite a while for one to come available. I sat there staring at the 20-ish inoperable machines as I waited. Frustrating.

There aren't many places to choose from to wash. There are plenty of washers, but about a dozen dryers weren't operating when I went. It got the job done, but the machines could be better.
