Ivan Flores was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and transparent with the repairs my ac needed.He was done quickly and cleaned up all of the debris created. He explained the customer membership plan in detail and I must say I will be a customer from here on out thanks to his professionalism.

The initial sales calls went fine and the prices agreed to seemed fair so I agreed to proceed.The installation of the heat pump itself started on time but mistakes were made on the electrical supply, and then with the configuration, and the heat pump cooling system start up was 8 days behind the originally expected date indicated by the salesperson.A week later, on Saturday 8 July 2023, the system bricked itself.
