I was under a great amount of stress just losing my father, living in Oregon and not knowing how I was to even going to begin to figure out how to sell his house in New Mexico. She kept us updated on construction that needed to be done, she got multiple bids on each repair and submitted those bids to us so we could choose the contractor of our choice and then oversaw every single repair. The "Dream Team" of Nancy and company did EXACTLY what they promised. Helped us price it right, listed it, marketed it, managed multiple offers, and then did the work to get us to close. It was an older house with a couple of repairs needed prior to close, Nancy and company knew exactly who to call to get the issues fixed - fast and reasonably priced. They took care of everything. This is the second time we listed the house. The first agent didn't listen, didn't do the work, didn't keep us informed. 5 Months on the market and nothing, not a single offer - It was priced wrong, listed wrong, and not marketed.
