We took our new babies for their first shots. The staff was doing their best. Some miscommunication but that got fixed. My problem was with the people there with their dogs. Keep them close to you and try to control them. Just because you have this cute little thing doesn't mean you can let it run around on a 10 foot leash and be a pain in the butt.

My experience with the staff was very positive. They explained everything clearly and took very good care of Itzel (named after Mayan warrior princess, not Polish cuisine) during the spay process. Clean location and my lil luv did not smell of chemical, medicine, puke, poo or other. I don't think she will fear the vet like most dogs do. I do intend to come back for a dental cleaning soon.

Very well done low prices staff was very well train good customer service clean and very limited help they do a great jobI’m highly recommended si hablan español its first come service and you have to Waite outside and parking is limited it’s about $30 to $45 for first visit
