They are willing to treat your older small dogs. They let you decide when it is time to discontinue treating them. They will give price estimates when asked and their prices are reasonable. Dr. Payne and all the staff were so compassionate and empathetic while trying to help our older puppy. When it came time to let him go, they made it as comforting as possible with Dr Payne holding my wife’s hand during it. We wish we had gone here sooner. We cannot express our gratitude to all of them enough.
BEST place in Los Lunas PERIOD!!!! They care about pets and keeping them comfortable and calm. They’re not here to push unnecessary costs when they don’t see a need.
Dr Paine and Charity the reseptionist as well as the rest of the staff were wonderful!
They were very reasonable on the price.
They made the experience of putting Lily our cat down a pleasant experience!
