Based on the reviews, 1st Care of New Mexico LLC is a caring and welcoming agency. The company goes out of their way to call and make sure your needs are met. The team is very friendly, helpful, and careing. They treat you like family and go above and beyond to make sure the consumer and staff are satisfied. The office is well kept up, very clean, and well organized. People have nothing but positive experiences with this company. It is a wonderful agency, and the ladies are always so cheerful in the office.
I have been with 1st Care for a couple of years now and I love the way the company has helped and treated me and my caregivers. I was previously with another comp that was just not up to par. 1st Care of New Mexico is caring and goes out of their way to call and make sure your needs are met. At least with me they do.
