DVMs are knowledgeable; show love and care towards patients, and have good bedside manners towards owners; vet techs and nurses are generally friendly and supportive. I’ve been a client with my felines since 2021; always felt in good hands. The only problem is that there is no emergency service over weekends and holiday, but this is somewhat understandable since we’re a small community up here. So there will always be trips to Mosaic or some hospital in Albuquerque in the case of an emergency.

Ridgeview has been a staple in Los Alamos for as long as I can remember. They are fast, efficient and clean. About 3 or 4 years ago it became pretty difficult to get an appointment within a two week or so window, so I took my business down the street. They are very good and thorough, but just became so busy that they could not accommodate my schedule.

In the past few weeks I have been in and out of Ridgeview far too many times treating the wounds of my injured cat and they have been AMAZING. They have been so attentive to him and his difficulties and so accommodating to my busy schedule. I am left amazed by their amazing service and quality of care. I am so thankful for them and the care they have given Wealsey. I should have been leaving 5 star reviews after every single visit because they are deserving. I appreciate all the staff greatly.
