“Had an issue with air relay valve, needed roadside assistance in Lordsburg NM. These guys were referred to me by another shop. They kept in communication with us regarding repairs and even sent a subcontractor when they knew they were going to be delayed. Unfortunately subcontractor dropped the ball and when the owner Tom saw we were still broke down he contacted me and we got it fixed. Loves had blown us off with excuses on Friday when we were at their location and we had to actually leave their property for repairs which is why it was roadside repairs.“
