Me, my wife, and 2 dogs unfortunately had truck problems traveling through the area. Fortunately Victor and Zariah were in the perfect location to help us out. As soon as we pulled in, they went into action. Within an hour, Victor had diagnosed the issue. Zariah was kind of enough to drive me, my wife and dogs to a place to stay. Due to us having to get home, we ended up leaving the truck there. Victor was able to repair the truck and now it runs better than ever. Definitely a refreshing pond of water in the middle of the desert. I wish more repair shops were at their level.
Man these guys work day and night, we have had holiday emergencies multiple times! Where they not only helped us but saved us… we really appreciate their efficient, professional, productive work and everyone should check them out
My sons car broke down and he was stranded in Lordsburg on the way to Tucson and the tow company towed his car to All Makes Automotive. The staff there went out of their way to give us the best options on what to do to fix it and get him back on the road. They even gave us the part number so we could get the part ourselves from auto zone and save delivery or transportation fees. We ended up having to get the part in Tucson and leave my son's car there for a few days. The owner was willing to meet us at the shop on a Sunday to do the install as we were driving back through. They are responsive and knowledgeable and accommodating at a level that went beyond normal customer...read full review
