So helpful, kind, professional! My sink overflowed (while washing laundry) so we checked our septic and it was full! I called and she said it was a possibility for today but it was 2pm and Friday so it would be Monday, so I wasn’t expecting service today! They were here within the hour! Thank you so much Rubens! You guys are amazing! Thank you for easing my mind and taking care of us!

We called Ruben on Thanksgiving day 11-28-24 around 10:30.. We thought my mother in laws septic was full, it was backing up in the tubs and showers. We talked to Ruben and he said he would come out and fix us up but he also said that he would talk me how to do it over the phone since every one of his guys were off for the day for Thansgiving but he would be more then happy to call some in and come right out, but also said it sounded like and looked like a clogged pipe instead of it being full after the pictures i sent him ! Ruben and his crew installed a new state-of- the-art septic leech line system for us last year. Not only were they efficient and proficient in the handling of the pipe and filtration system; they were hard-working, efficient and courteous.
Kudos to Ruben his family and workers for a job well done!
