Don't take your little girls here the owner is very rude and pulled my daughter off the chair because she didn't reach to paint her toes and when my daughter hit the floor she acted like it was her fault long and lou are great but the owner is awful she is rude to ever one and has no respect for lou she is constantly treating her bad ever one has seen her drama it makes everyone uncomfortable

Place is dirty. Furniture is broken. I came in for a straight mani to clean up my cuticles. This is what they did. Polish wasn't even. Cuticles weren't trimmed well. They used no remover. I had a 30 sec. massage with a quarter teaspoon of lotion. Now she is sitting across from me with her feet up looking at her phone. I think they don't take pride in what they do. At least my person didn't. I tried to make conversation and she shushed me. Sigh. Guess I'll be driving to Santa Fe if I want a treat from now on.

Lulu messed me up. There is excess product on my skin. I told her about it so she tries to separate my skin from the acrilic. That was very painful. I told her to stop so she gets a file. Only to cut me on several fingers. She keep days they do pretty. I kept telling her no you need to take that off and try again she. She refused. Its also not a clean place.
