Our salesman Charles went above and beyond for us. We were still living in Ohio while our house was being built and Charles was great about keeping us updated. He was always willing to send us pictures of the progress and get back with us when we had questions. Veloz has been absolutely amazing with taking care of any warranty issues we have had, though there weren’t many. Heath has been great about getting issues taken care of and even making my wife and I feel welcome in Las Cruces. We could not be happier with our Veloz home and our whole experience with the entire Veloz staff!!

My husband and I have had the best experience ever with Veloz Homes, the owner Jason Lorenz, their representant Charles Khajeh, and all the team at the main office especially Wendy Curtin, director of purchasing, who helped us with her creativity throughout the process. And we cannot forget the great “after purchase services” that we got from the project manager/ construction superintendent Steve Sofranek. From start to finish and beyond that, they did a fabulous job building our dream home and make sure we were satisfied with the design and products. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!! From start to AFTER the completion, Veloz Homes, Jason Lorenz did a fabulous job building our Custom home and insuring our satisfaction. The attention to detail was second to none and the after care after completion has been top shelf. Can not say enough about the Veloz team, from our pleasant and caring white glove treatment from Jason Lorenz, Owner to Timmy Feagin our Veloz Representative, Steve Sofranek our Veloz Construction Superintendent, and Wendy Curtain, Veloz estimator/customer care.
