Our salesman Charles went above and beyond for us. We were still living in Ohio while our house was being built and Charles was great about keeping us updated. He was always willing to send us pictures of the progress and get back with us when we had questions. Veloz has been absolutely amazing with taking care of any warranty issues we have had, though there weren’t many. Heath has been great about getting issues taken care of and even making my wife and I feel welcome in Las Cruces. We could not be happier with our Veloz home and our whole experience with the entire Veloz staff!!
