The hairdresser was extremely distracted and they charged (at a discount) almost $40 for 2 trims that took all of 20 seconds. Also left an uneven cut in the under layer of my girlfriend's hair.

My elderly mom went for a permanent. Her perm didn’t take. The owner started the haircut after the perm but didn’t finish, was moved to another chair so that the new girl would finish the haircut, because the owner had another customer walk in. The new girl Kept cutting trying to get the haircut even, the owner told her she needed to cut more because one side was longer. My elderly moms hair is still longer on one side! The supposed permanent she paid for isn’t there! It looks terrible! With 30 years experience that the owner says she has, definitely doesn’t impress me!!

Vero is amazing! Finding a new stylist is hard, but she was a great choice for me!!! She listens and she knows her stuff, she really makes me feel like she cares about my hair, and my hair is healthier now for the last 6 months I have been seeing her! She also has great products she uses and recommends. Just in case I haven't been clear enough yet- Vero is AMAZING & you should try her salon!
